• Cancellations must be made in writing to the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation. Phone cancellation will not be accepted.

• Registrants will receive an email confirming attendance upon receipt of payment

• Registration fees cannot be refunded after 21st August 2012. Refunds will be based on date of receipt of the written cancellation and will be issued as follows:

- 45 or more days prior to the start date of the event - 100% of the registered amount less USD 100.00 administration fee per delegate and bank fees;

- 14-44 days prior to the start date of the event - 50% refund of the registered amount less USD 100.00 administration fee per delegate and bank fees;

- less than 14 days prior to the start date of the event - no refund.
