About

Established in 2007 by the Bolivian Government and commencing operations in 2009, Boliviana de Aviación is the national airline of Bolivia. The airline previously held the title alongside fellow carrier, AeroSur but now operates as the nation's sole flag carrier, following the collapse of the airline in 2012. Boliviana de Aviación is based at Cochabamba Jorge Wilstermann Airport and provides domestic and international services to countries throughout South America. The airline also operates services to Madrid, Spain and the US.
