Rebuilding confidence in Heathrow critical
British Airways (BA) has delayed, by at least five weeks, the transfer of most of its long-haul services to the new T5, which could hamper the reorganisation of carriers at other terminals, delaying improvements to the efficiency of the world's busiest international airport. BA and BAA deferred the move of 60 BA departures and 60 arrivals per day from T4, due on 30-Apr-08, until 05-Jun-08 (at the earliest), to allow time to "iron out any remaining problems".
