Prague Airport privatisation deferred, or cancelled?
On 01-Dec-2009, the Czech Lower House of Parliament approved a Bill stipulating Prague Airport must be owned either by the State or by a company owned by the State, thereby blocking the Czech Government’s longstanding but wilting plans to sell the airport. The original intention had been to sell the state’s 100% stake by the end of 2009.
