Maskargo raises fuel surcharge

SYDNEY (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation) - Maskargo announced plans to increase fuel surcharges on international services from 08-Sep-05 (the airline last raised its fuel surcharge on 15-Jul-05).

Meanwhile, Shanghai Airlines announced plans to operate four times weekly Shanghai-Anchorage-Los Angeles freight services from Aug-06 with MD11F equipment, subject to government approval.
