Malaysia Airlines' shares drop to lowest in nine years

Malaysia Airlines' shares fell 3.4% yesterday to MYR1.68, its lowest level in more than nine years.

Local share index provider MSCI Inc said the airline's stock will be removed from the MSCI Malaysia Index on 31-May-2011, according to Bloomberg. The airline's share price has fallen around 16% over the past 12 months.
