Macau International Airport announced (24-Sep-08) plans to invest USD625 million to expand its facilities over the medium-term. In Aug-07, the Macau SAR Government stated it was considering acquiring the entire private capital of the airport management company (monopoly concession holder), CAM, and investing USD1.25 billion in improving the airport's structure and operations.
