Investors walking away from SAS - European airline share wrap

Analysis

Most European airline shares fell heavily yesterday on broader market weakness, including Lufthansa (-4.1%) and Ryanair (-3.8%). Aer Lingus and British Airways managed increases of 1.5% and 2.0%, respectively.

But investors continued to dump the troubled SAS, whose shares fell another 11.1% yesterday. The stock has lost around 25% of its beaten down value since the start of 2009.
