Hastings Funds Management reportedly plans to sell its 50% stake in Hochtief Airport Capital (HTAC). The 50% stake is worth USD377.4 million and is expected to help builder Hochtief with the sale of its concessions unit. Meanwhile, Hochtief shares gained 4.3%.

Hellenic Duty Free Shops (+2.3%) announced (06-Dec-2010) shareholders approved the proposed merger of Hellenic with FOLLI FOLLIE and ELEMEC, through the absorption of the companies by Hellenic. Shareholders also approved an increase in the share capital of Hellenic to EUR18.2 million, divided into 60.6 million new, dematerialised shares with a par value of EUR0.30, due to the merger.
