Flyglobespan posts full year profit in 2008

Flyglobespan, Scotland's largest airline, stated its "outlook for the future is positive", despite the deep downturn in the UK economy, after the carrier reported a GBP1.2 million net profit for the 12 months ended 31-Oct-08. The result marks a stark turn around for the carrier, which reported a GBP13 million net loss in 2007.
