The majority of Middle East and African airline shares were down on Thursday (09-Jun-2010). Kuwait National Airways (-2.0%) and Jazeera Airways (-1.6%) were both down, as the Kuwait Stock Exchange (-0.8%) ended trading down after a volatile day of trading.
Also in the Middle East, Royal Jordanian (-0.6%) was also down, as the Amman Stock Exchange eased 0.1%. Air Arabia was flat.
In Africa, Comair (+2.5%) was the only gainer of the day, while 1time Holdings was flat. Lonrho (-2.2%) and Kenya Airways (-1.0%) declined.
