China Southern Airlines to invest in Beijing Capital Airport

SYDNEY (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation) - China Southern Airlines announced plans to invest USD134 million to develop a new dedicated international terminal at Beijing Capital International Airport to handle A380 and B787 aircraft.

The airline owns and operates exclusively from the recently refurbished Terminal 1 at the airport and expects to handle 9 million passengers on services to/from Beijing this year.
