China Eastern Airlines, Asia's weakest carrier, has finalised billions in fresh capital and debt in a bid to starve off bankruptcy. Such has been the pace of the deal-making, the carrier's CFO, Luo Weide, has announced his resignation, citing health reasons. His replacement is Wu Yonglian, who inherits an airline whose accounts are severely damanaged.
