Abu Dhabi Airports Company Traffic continues to climb through 2Q08

Premium Analysis

Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), operator of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain airports, reported strong passenger traffic at Abu Dhabi in both Apr-08 and May-08, with traffic surging 40.3% and 56.6% year-on-year, respectively. However, the year-on-year comparison in May-08 was improved by the "residual effects" of Gulf Air's withdrawal from hubbing at Abu Dhabi in 2007.
